Online Services Available
We offer residents of California individual and couples psychiatric and therapeutic services via Telehealth on a secure HIPAA platform called Zoom.
We ask that you attend your first session in person at our Redlands office; after that, you can come in as needed depending on your treatment goals.
For psychiatric clients that are using medication as part of your treatment, we ask that you come in every fourth session in person.
“Until you cross the bridge of your insecurities,
you can’t begin to explore your possibilities.”
We often work with college or graduate students who are residents of CA and yet studying out of state. We also work with adults who travel often for their work.
For college and graduate students, we ask that you set up an in-person session when home for a visit, as well as a visit every three months minimum to continue receiving treatment.
If getting out of the house is problematic for you or you are dealing with psychosis or paranoia, please call to consult as to whether there are alternative options for support.
If you are traveling or an emergency arises, you can ask your clinician to provide teletherapy as a special case, and you will receive a link to a HIPAA-approved secure phone or video chat line for your session.
It’s important to note that telehealth allows your clinician to diagnose, consult, treat, transfer medical data, and educate using interactive audio, video, or data communication regarding your treatment.
It’s also important to understand that telehealth treatment is different from in-person therapy, and that if your clinician believes you would be better served by another form of psychotherapeutic services, such as in-person treatment, you will be referred to a therapist in your geographic area that can provide such services.
