What Is MeRT TMS?
MeRT stands for Magnetic Resonance Therapy. It's a customized form of brain stimulation that uses safe, gentle magnetic pulses to help your brain find a healthier rhythm.
We start by mapping your brain with a simple scan to see where things might be overactive or underactive. From there, we create a plan that supports your unique brain patterns. Brainspotting is a body-based therapy that helps release stress, trauma, and emotional pain stored in your nervous system. By using your eye position, we access the specific spots in your brain where old experiences or emotions may still be held, giving your body and mind the space to process and let go.
How It Works
In a session, you don’t need to relive memories or explain everything. You’ll be guided to a point in your visual field connected to what you’re ready to release. Brainspotting allows you to access and release old trauma, while also activating the neuronal networks tied to positive memories, inner strengths, and the people or qualities you turn to for support. This helps you reconnect with the present and your natural resilience.

Beyond healing, Brainspotting can help you explore your vision and step into new experiences.
