Welcome to Your Path to Transformation
We know how hard it has been for you to reach out for help. You finally made it here—and that’s a huge step. You’ve found a place where healing and transformation can really happen. We don’t always know exactly what "better" looks like at first, but that’s what we’ll figure out together.
Our team is here to support you on every level: biologically, physically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually. We’ll work with your entire life, not just one part of it. If needed, we integrate
Counseling, Coaching, TMS, and Psychiatry to meet you wherever you are and support the whole family.
Children
Raising kids is beautiful—but it’s also challenging. Maybe your child struggles to make friends, has behaviors that worry you, or isn’t following the same developmental path as their peers. Teachers are calling, pediatricians suggest a psychiatrist, and you’re unsure of the right next step.
We get it. Childhood is a time of growth, learning, attachment, and curiosity. When the "norm" is disrupted, it can affect the child, parents, and entire family system. You don’t have to navigate this alone.
Our team is here to support your child—and your family. We assess developmental levels, address behavior concerns, and determine the right interventions, which can include therapy, coaching, TMS, Psychiatry, or referrals to other specialists. We also work closely with parents and siblings to strengthen the family system.
If you’re struggling to communicate with your child, we’ll model through play and guided interactions, helping you learn to set healthy boundaries, connect deeply, and navigate daily challenges. Family therapy sessions give everyone a chance to feel heard, using play therapy, emotionally focused therapy, and psychodrama.
We also support parents of adult children on the spectrum, helping you create
long-term plans that balance independence, support, and family well-being—so everyone can thrive.

Adolescents
Being a teen is complicated. Adolescence brings growing independence, social pressures, academic responsibilities, and risk-taking. Sometimes your teen struggles more than seems "normal."
Depression, anxiety, bullying, substance use, or identity questions can make life feel overwhelming.
We partner with adolescents, meeting them where they are, and support the people who influence their world—including parents, teachers, and siblings. Together, we help teens build confidence, coping skills, and self-regulation, while creating a clear, shared vision for their growth.
Through therapy, coaching, TMS, and Psychiatry, we offer holistic support tailored to your teen’s needs. Our goal is not just stabilization but creating a foundation for long-term resilience, self-awareness, and connection.
We collaborate with families to design a plan that supports your teen and adjusts in real time—celebrating progress and clarifying a vision everyone can grow into.
Adults
Adult life is complex. You might be navigating trauma, stress, career challenges, grief, relationship struggles, or a sense of disconnection from yourself. We offer holistic, mind-body-spirit therapy using approaches like Brainspotting, EMDR, trauma-based CBT, DBT, and other evidence-informed modalities.
What makes our work unique is that we integrate these methods through the lens of relational connection and conscious self-leadership. That means you’ll not only process trauma and heal old wounds, but also learn to take ownership of your life, make empowered choices, and connect more deeply with yourself and others.
Your journey may include:
- Individual therapy tailored to your emotional and relational needs
- Exploration of life patterns, identity, and purpose
- Integration of somatic, emotional, and cognitive work
- Support for relationships, career, and life transitions
We’ll help you map a path forward, identifying the pace that works best—whether weekly sessions for steady growth or
intensive sessions for deeper, accelerated transformation. At every step, we work with you in real time to clarify goals, adjust expectations, and create a vision you can truly live into.

Couples Therapy
Relationships are hard. Even when you love each other deeply, it can feel like you’re stuck, disconnected, or just going through the motions. Maybe you’re longing to feel safe, seen, and deeply connected—or you want to bring joy, intimacy, and clarity back into your partnership.
Growth in a relationship happens when both of you take responsibility for your own growth, stop trying to change each other, and engage intentionally in new ways. We’ll support you in becoming co-CEOs of your family, building a life that you both delight in, where your needs are met, your dreams are supported, and your partnership feels strong and alive.
You can work with us on a weekly basis, allowing steady progress, or choose intensives if you want a seismic shift or rapid healing. In every session, we’ll collaborate with you to adjust expectations, clarify goals, and create a clear vision you both can grow into together.
Our sessions are warm, experiential, and practical. Using attachment-based approaches, humanistic techniques, and sexual intimacy coaching, we help you repair relational wounds, build trust, and strengthen emotional and sexual connection. Conscious self-leadership is central: you’ll learn to notice your patterns, take ownership, and bring your best self to the relationship.
We also draw from highly effective approaches like the Couples Developmental Model, Gottman’s Sound House, and Encounter-Focused Therapy, tailoring our work to your unique partnership. You’ll learn to hear each other’s hearts, meet each other’s needs, support each other’s dreams, and build a strong, united team.
We also offer
premarital guidance to help couples navigate values, communication, intimacy, and conflict before marriage—so they can start their life together with clarity and confidence.
You’re Welcome Here
No matter your age, your challenge, or where you are in life, we are ready to meet you where you are. We’ll listen, guide, and work with you on every level—biologically, emotionally, socially, and spiritually. Let’s figure out what "better" looks like for you and go after it—together.
